Mitotic inhibitors include-
Etoposide, Vincristine, Vinblastine, Teniposide, Vinorelbine tartarate
 
Interacting drugs- summary
 
Vincristine +
 
Digoxin     
    combination chemotherapy ( including Vincristine ) may decrease  digoxin
    plasma levels and renal excretion
 
L-asparaganase
   administering L-asparaginase first may reduce hepatic clearance of
     vincristine. Give vincristine 12 to 24 hrs before L-aspiraginase  to 
     minimise toxicity
 
Mitocycin - C 
     acute pulmonary reactions may occur
 
Phenytoin  
     combn chemotherapy ( includ Vincristine ) may reduce phenytoin plasma
      levels, requiring increased dosage to maintain theurapeutic plasma levels
