Inhaltion therapy is well tolerated with almost nil systemic effects at recommended dosage. Adverse reactions reported are- oropharyngeal candidiasis, pharyngitis, dysphonia, cough, nasal congestion, rhinitis and headache

Hypersensitivity Children under 4 years Primary treatment of acute asthmatic episodes and status asthmaticus.

Prophylaxis of allergic rhinitis

Dosage-

100-mcg by inhalation into each nostril once daily. increased to 100mcg bid

Children- (4-16 years) 50- 100mcg once daily increased to 50mcg b.i.d.
