Drug Interaction:
May increase serum concentration with moderate and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. May increase serum levels of Simvastation,lovastatin, immunosuppressants eg ciclosporin,lacrolimus

Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Dosage-
Hypertension- Adult- as monotherapy or in combination- 2.5mg once daily, may increase dosage (or titrate every 1-2 week asnecssary
Maximum- 5mg once daily
Child- 6-17 years- 1.25- 2.5mg once daily
Elderly- 1.25mg once daily may increase as necessary ccording to patient resonse
Patient Information:
Patients with severe aoritic sterosis, severe obstructive coronry artery disease,hear failure,with reduced ejection fraction, hypertropic fraction,hypertrophic crdiomyopathy and outfllow tract obstruction.Hepatic impairment
