Adverse Reaction:
No potentially lethal effects.
Extrapyramidal symptoms,especially in elderly. severe depression(with long term therapy only).
Drowsiness, GI upsets, unsteadiness, headache rarely skin reaction and fatigue. Hypolipidemic effect.
Contra-Indications:
Proven hypersens to drug.Parkinsons disease.
Special precautions:
Impaired renal function.
Exclude maligancy in peptic ulcer.
Pregnancy,lactation.
